Amedi health teams treated 340 patients during the three days of the Berwari Festival for local products. Poisoning cases topped the list with 98 cases, followed by headaches and insect bites with 50 cases each.
Statistics of health services during the three days of the Berwari Festival for local products
On the directives of Dr. Afrasiab Musa, Director General of Health of Duhok Governorate, teams of the Amedi Health Directorate provided prominent health services to participants during the three days of the Berwari Festival for local products. Several different medical cases were treated during this period. Below are the statistics for the cases that received the necessary treatment: (Poisoning): 98 cases
Headaches: 50 cases
Insect bites: 50 cases
Influenza: 28 cases
(Low blood pressure): 27 cases
High blood pressure: 22 cases
Dizziness: 17 cases
Tonsillitis (inflammation of the tonsils): 15 cases
Burns: 10 cases
Wounds and cuts: 9 cases
Fever and high temperature: 6 cases
Accidents: 5 cases
(Other cases): 3 cases
